However, there was a slight inconvenience with the room being locked around 1:30 pm. The service was excellent, with the staff being extremely polite, lovely, and professional. As for the location, it was good in general, but a bit far from Haram if you missed the bus. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some aspects being good like the lovely breakfast, but also some negatives like not having king-size bed rooms as advertised. The facilities were good, but there were a few things to note about the location and room amenities.
